Born and raised in Philadelphia (GO BIRDS!), Justine has lived in Gwinnett County since 2003.  She became involved with the Annistown PTA during the 2022-2023 school year and is passionate about enriching her community and its education system.  Married to Rich and mother to Archer and Corbin, she works in Corporate America and enjoys creative projects, historical fiction, and long walks on the beach.

Khia has previously held the Co-President and Vice President roles within the Annistown PTA.  She joined the PTA to help bring Annistown students, families, staff, administration, and the community together. She is passionate about helping others, education, development, and building connections.
